"Kevin did an inspection of a beach house I was looking to purchase.  His inspection was incredibly thorough and he tested the operation of every item in the home, right down to testing each and every electrical outlet to see if they were properly grounded.  Of particular note, he uncovered a number of issues with the roof which allowed me to further negotiate the price of the property down.  The amount of money he saved me more than covered the cost of his services and much of the cost of a new roof as well.  The inspection report was very detailed and Kevin was available for questions whenever I needed him.  I purchased the house with full knowledge of everything that was right with it, as well as everything that was wrong.  Great service-- I would definitely use him again."
